I’ve got a big project to share, my daughter’s Homecoming dress, but before I do that, I wanted to highlight various projects I’ve done since my last post. I haven’t been working on very many purse patterns this year, but I have been working on a lot of sewing projects! Read MoreHow is your summer going? My kids start back at school in three weeks, which makes me realize how much the summer has flown by. We’ve been busier than ever, with my oldest off at two church camps and a national competition for TSA (Technology club), my second one attending one church camp and three school “innovations”, my third attending a school Stem Camp, and all of my kids signed up for whatever free library events I could find.

I think the biggest reason is that I teach an early morning scripture study class to the high schoolers at church, and I am always tired. But I did manage to make some fun Halloween costumes, pretty Christmas dresses, and a few other things. Plus I made stockings for my seasonal stocking business.
