Time again to review some of my sewing projects recently. Apparently it’s been quite a few months since I checked in! Here are some kid clothes I made last year, most for my 5yo, but also some for my daughters.
Read MoreI can’t believe that we are just two weeks away from school. I was not really looking forward to this summer because I’m tired of people being around all the time, but it’s been pretty enjoyable. Unfortunately I have spent much of the summer suffering from back issues that make it painful to sit, so it feels like I have laid around half the summer! My kids are still home more often than they are in school, and I don’t thrive with everyone at home all the time, but we have all had to figure out ways to work with all this enforced togetherness. I’m hard at work at my next two patterns, and I’ve also been taking a much needed break from the stress of stocking season.
My first project of the year was to make some reusable shopping bags.
