I wanted to post some of my more recent sewing projects. The projector has made sewing so fast and easy since I bought it almost a year ago. It got bumped a couple times this winter by my kids or myself, but re-calibrating it wasn’t very difficult. Looking back at my sewing projects since my last post, most have been Christmas stockings, but there have been a fair amount of clothes too, including several new projects for myself. I bought fabric to make new winter clothes 2-3 winters ago and finally used it!

I have made my daughter lots of dresses for various occasions, including two she’s worn for Eighth Grade Formal, Church Prom, and Homecoming last year. But I knew that this one needed to be a step above. I want her to feel comfortable, beautiful, and not have her outfit look homemade. Plus, when she was a baby and I began sewing for her, I determined that I wanted to become good enough at sewing that I could one day sew her formal dresses.
